Shipping Policy

Our primary postal service provider is An Post.

Shipping costs will be automatically applied at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise in an offer. By default, tracked shipping is selected to ensure that we can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way safely to you.

We now also ship to Northern Ireland via An Post, at the same rates as Republic of Ireland orders — all services are tracked.

All shipping is determined by weight and is priced as follows:

  • Tracked (Ireland & Northern Ireland) up to 500g — €9.50*

  • Tracked (Ireland & Northern Ireland) 501g – 2kg — €12.00*

  • Tracked (Ireland & Northern Ireland) 2.01kg – 5kg — €14.00*

Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.

We aim to process and ship orders within:

  • 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

  • 72 hours over weekends and Bank Holidays

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays, which are beyond our control.

Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email once their order has been shipped.
