1. General Information

SOCKI.IE sells socks, accessories, gifts, and homewares. All purchases made through our website are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Ordering & Payment

Our store’s primary currency is Euro (€). However, prices may also be displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) when visiting our website from Northern Ireland for your convenience.

Please note:

  • Payments are processed in Euro (€) or GBP (£) at checkout.

  • A 2% exchange surcharge applies to cover bank and processing costs when converting from Euro to Pounds.

  • Prices displayed in £ are rounded for exchange purposes and may differ slightly from the final charge based on current exchange rates.

All prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise as part of a promotion.
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Our primary postal service provider is An Post.

Shipping costs will be automatically applied at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise in an offer.
By default, tracked shipping is selected to ensure that we can monitor your order as it makes its way safely to you.

We now also ship to Northern Ireland via An Post, at the same rates as the Republic of Ireland. All services are tracked.

Shipping is determined by weight and is priced as follows:

  • Tracked (Ireland & Northern Ireland) up to 500g — €9.50*

  • Tracked (Ireland & Northern Ireland) 501g – 2kg — €12.00*

  • Tracked (Ireland & Northern Ireland) 2.01kg – 5kg — €14.00*

Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.

We aim to process and ship orders within:

  • 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

  • 72 hours over weekends and Bank Holidays

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays, which are beyond our control.

Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

SOCKI.IE is not responsible for delays caused by An Post or customs in the case of international orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, socks and certain accessories cannot be returned if they have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@socki.ie with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request photographic evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

Faulty or incorrect items must be returned in their original packaging, and we will cover return shipping costs where applicable.

6. Cancellations & Order Amendments

Orders can only be cancelled or amended before they have been processed and shipped.
If an order has already been dispatched, it must be returned following our Returns Policy.

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

SOCKI.IE is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by our products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR regulations.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
