SOCKI.IE — Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how, when and where we ship your SOCKI.IE order. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Where we ship

We ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our primary carrier is An Post, and all standard services are tracked for your security.

Shipping rates

FREE standard shipping on orders over €24.99 (standard SOCKI.IE items).

For orders of €24.99 or under, tracked An Post rates apply, based on weight:

501g – 2kg €12.00
2.01kg – 5kg €14.00

Shipping is calculated and applied automatically at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be shown clearly before you pay.

Processing times

We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within:

  • 24 hours — Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • 72 hours — over weekends and Bank Holidays

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking details.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within a few working days of dispatch. At busy times, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Delivery times vary by location, and courier delays are outside our control. SOCKI.IE is not responsible for delays caused by An Post, DPD or customs.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at orders@socki.ie with your order number and tracking number, and we'll help track it down.

Seasonal Gifting Department — separate shipping

Items listed in our Seasonal Gifting department are fulfilled by a partner supplier and follow a separate shipping arrangement. These items:

  • Are shipped separately from the rest of your order, with a separate shipping charge calculated independently;

  • Are shipped via DPD at the following rates:

    0.01 – 1kg €10.70
    1.01 – 2kg €11.00
    2.01 – 5kg €14.60

  • Are not currently shipped to Northern Ireland;

  • Are not included in the €24.99 free-shipping threshold (that offer applies to standard SOCKI.IE items only);

  • May follow separate processing and delivery times, depending on our partner supplier.

If your cart contains both Seasonal Gifting items and standard SOCKI.IE items, the two will be shipped separately and will incur two shipping charges. This will be clearly highlighted at checkout before you pay. Discount codes and coupons may still be used as normal.

Tracking your order

Every standard order is sent tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
